This game

As for right now
Play this game with no shame.
Your first step into being a man,
With good game
Searching for blood,
A wicked name.
For he lives in vain
The dreams of reality too large to maintain
He settles for the mundane.
There is a world so strange
A poetic lyric so familiar
That you might enter it if you write it in
Not waste away behind the screen.

What does it mean to have an imagination?
If it goes unused then what was the point
To harbour creativity in such a vessel
That wastes it blindly on sensory pleasures.

Create more think less
That is the method to success.
So much of us is trapped inside
Our mind more or less.

So if you can jive
Then you can roll.
Got the hang of it?
Let's see some more.

If today was the day
And tomorrow was no more though
Then who is the guy in the seat right here?

Now let's be clear,
I mean not the man whose sitting queer
Doing nothing but typing words like a seer.

Rather the source of the morse,
The beat of the Universe,
The chief honcho in charge of order and chaos.

Does he hear me?
But of course,
I am like his horse.

Always chanting forevermore,
Whispering waves of creative splendor -
Lost in my words as if I remember
A time when I used them before.

Romance is overrated if you've never had romance,
If but at one glance you see an impasse,
That in itself is romance.

The starts that twinkle and the stars that shine,
All twinkle at you as to say
STOP wasting time!

A singsong divine by a cat with a rhyme,
Playing his flute of the mind in timely mime.
And where to next?

I guess that depends
What do we manifest?

How bout today?
What happens today?
Is it the same as yesterday?
Never, but in a way...

Who's the one playing this game?
Is it I?
Am I in control of the chains?
Don't let it fade away they say
Don't let it fade away

But who are they, and what is this?
All a little bit too much
A breath is all that's needed
To come back to where you were.

Little People

The ship has sailed they have all gone
But why do I see a little boy cry
Where is his family
They are no where to be found
Why do I feel like I need to try
All I want to do is cry
Many people all around concerned?
Yes concerned about their own plight
Walking past and around the little person
Not seeing not hearing not caring
How sad to see such apathy
I take him home and hold him tight
He is calm and squeezing me
Not wanting to let go
Not thinking I will bath and feed him
And into bed he goes
People only see what they want to see
It's the little people who get sad
Then as the years go by
We watch him grow
Smile and laugh
Spiders are his favorite
He says "Because people don't care
About them either"
Caring is the best way to live
For this young man has seen it all
Caring is what we all need to do
Doesn't matter whether we in a shoe

Wild West

Smoking like a lonely cowboy,
I rock out amongst my toys.
Now a day beckons to explore,
A method remains to be destroyed -
Gone forever because who needs methods.
They are but a choice to be inspected.
One way or the other we come through
So why be blue?
Because your method told you
Such and sew?
Whoa.
Language is confusing sometimes did you know?
A gnarly flow of which I have already let go,
But I continue it because it says so.
Ready for more I drop a line for sure,
Continuing on a explore the deep shores
Seeing what treasure lays below the gorge.
Oh Lord.
That's a mighty nice treasure I've been searching for.

Are you OK are you alright
What ever you say
It will be alright
Turn around and see, see
There we are always there
Never forgetting
Never regretting, always
No need to worry
Please no need to fret
I will always be there
Always there

Mr. Prizm who are you
What effect can you have
On people who?
Yes Mr. Prizm who are you

I'm everyone's time to turn
I'm everyone's lay low and hide
You see I watch laugh cry
When I see you in everyone

So I must not wait
Time is flying by
As we must fly with pockets
To fill up with the night Sky

watch and listen
Who is Mr. Prizm
Who is he?

For You

I want to talk about you
The juxtaposed twin
That lies deep within
The moment who spins
My web of deceit in before . . .

What lies, I can't even jive
Not for you? THen for who?
This poem is a goose,
and I run around trying to catch it.

It runs in the kitchen,
And I reach for the butchers knife
Before putting it down,
This animal may've made me frown
But there's no use in puttin' a goose down.

Eating Knowledge by the Breath

Spoonfuls of sugary carbohydrate mess
Slodge your noggin beyond redress.
To each there own but no.
You gotta eat healthy my bro of bros.

Our system it is out to get us -
Seeking profit over legislative.
Being a government slave
Is easy as taking wage this day and age.

We got to quit struggling
The motion is quick
It is spontaneous
It is inside.

First sips of life

I just woke up,
Haven't had a coffee but
I have smoked my first joint.
I used a paper wrote on once,
With pen and idea knowledge,
Scribbled feverishly into the page.

Now what is it?
A scrap that lays, -
O my poems are too morose
Let them be epic
A reminder to the great romance of the yin and the yang.
Travelling with a movement of bliss -
Outward appearance like a cloth over a broomstick,
Silky smoothly drifting,
Like water ; upliting.
What the poem is saying is
Be styleless
Be one with everythingness
Enjoy it all because it's bound to fall
At the next turn of a washing wave.

Soul Mates is what we are
It's amazing to know how far
It's up to us to talk and
Join in on what the other
Thinks and feels amazing
How much in common we have
How we can tell what the
Day will be the other thinks
And the other knows

How can I care?

9/24/2014

I want to care I really do,
But so much of what I do is just up to you.
How do I take the power back?
Not so you have less but so I have more?
Is that even necessary? No, for sure.
I want this whole thing to work,
But I am afraid of my partners skill,
Afraid of my own,
Afraid of being grown.
Being great is such a task,
When being tiny is a laugh -
Which to choose at the end of the path?

Do You Care?

Can you distinguish right from wrong?
You really think the world 's a song
Of happy living harmony?
Repressing thoughts of agony
We know it happens everywhere,
But all we do is stop and stare.
Statues crumble at your door,
But it's so easy to ignore.
"Look out for number one" they say
And realize to my dismay
That one is put above the masses
This one percent, we fill their glasses
We breathe in all these toxic gasses
Oceans swell with all our plastics
Get paid off with immoral tactics
Shut our eyes and pay our taxes

The proof is there,
This is wrong, do you care?

No One Knows

Round and round we go
The wheel of fortune
Is everywhere
They all want new cars
New houses New New New
When things take priority
And continue to be the top
All things can fall
Just see it drop
We all know what it is
That makes us feel that way
It's having to be the one
Who feels that it's the only way
Then she gets sick and
cannot pay the bills
But the partner is busy
Working the slots and
Going to win the big one
Slowly she moves
Not wanting to look at
All the beautiful things
The pool is green and dirty
The wall to wall TV has nothing
The car that was the first made
She cannot drive
The everything is lost
By trying one more time
Laying in bed at the hospital
Is all that's left
House is gone and the car
Well was a victim of theft
Round and round we go

Letting go is hard to do
But the feeling when
It is I have heard realising
I want to experience that
I will I am better then that
From here to there
I will always be the one
Who truly feels free
No other no other can do it
The only one is me

Uncertain

All I want is
a mind through which to see clearly
a heart through which to love fully
a lover of which to unite completely
but I keep coming up short
like a virus I wish I could abort
Doctors will tell me I have a disease
Take a pill
Friends will tell me to be at peace
Seek a thrill
But my heart keeps saying,
"You will. You will. You will."
