Mental Maze

3/24/2015

Have you ever been trapped in the mental maze?
Where each turn leads to fear and haze?
Where longing looks of past contempt
Lead you into cyclic rants?
The negativity to mounts and mounts
Until one fact there be need to surmount
Of one simplicity, and only one
The unity of life

The mind will trick you
The mind will dip you
But do not let it zip or flip you
It is only a tool, and a slave.

Take the time to be clear of mind
And watch yourself from timeless time
Until it's clear to you my friend
That the mind is a maze when you pretend.
