What I learned from a man called Plato

Consciousness trapped in the moment
Frozen still, unthawable
There is everything in nothing
A world of perfection and shortage

Everything spinning around an idea
Consisting of ideas
Consisting of ideas

And all that is perceived
Is a single finger pointing
Telling where to look
Although one cannot see

The world of idea is casting a shadow
To the one we all live in
A distorted observeable stimulus
Of perfection in imperfection
